By analysing user flows and information architecture, I identified the need to prioritise clarity and emotional engagement. The page would not only show metrics but also explain the meaning behind each objective, with rationale and concrete recommendations. Importantly, every step links back to Encour, reinforcing the brand’s role as a trusted guide.
